The film screening, free and open to the public, begins at 6:30 p.m. in the Carnahan Center Theatre.
Tapped is one of the films featured in the Our Planet, Our Choice film series sponsored by JCC’s sustainability committee and the Earth Awareness Club.
Tapped examines the long-term ecological and economic effects of the bottled water industry. The filmmakers focused on the composition of water bottles used by industry giants such as PepsiCo and Nestlé Waters, as well as the number of bottles that are recycled or thrown away.
